My first pick up was 5/20 and since then they have skipped me 3 weeks in a row. Customer service is non-existent, I mean they are there but they do nothing other than, just sorry and I understand your frustration. I should have listened to the other reviews. This was the first and last time I will do business with them.

I have zero complaints about WM. Pickup is consistent. If there is a change due to holiday, I always receive an email with details. The driver and other employees are considerate. I do not have to worry about billing, the condition of the can before pickup, etc. Service: Trash removal & disposal
