Anti-Democratic private company now has the County Government to do their billing for them in Lancaster, CA. No effective competition. There is no customer benefit to force Waste Management payment onto our annual Government property tax bill. Makes tax season that much more difficult. Corrupt collusion at best. Communist at worst.
