Day 7 since last pick up. Over a dozen calls put in, told case was escalated, told I’d receive a call from Management, told I’d be picked up today, and now told there’s nothing we can do……. JRM sold our accounts and Republic wasn’t prepared to service them. Service: Trash removal & disposal

Reported a missed pickup three times and they always told me that they will pick up the garbage later on those days, but they never come. Update: after my 4th report, I’m told that the next trash pickup day is coming so I can wait for the pickup on that day. In the end the trash sits there for one week.
