Called ahead and was told $15 for a couch. I showed up with cash in hand and was turned away as they stated " as a private business we do not accept cash". They told me to go down the road to ALPCO to drop the couch which ended up costing more but the wonderful people at ALPCO called it even at $15.

Waste Management has been great! They communicate schedule changes, payments are automatic (and easy to change if you have your card saved), the new tote style recycling bin and schedule has been wonderful, and calling them to request removal of larger objects has been easy! Overall I am really thrilled with the service.

Drivers are outstanding and pick up site is spotless! Great communication on holiday pick up changes and updates. Strongly recommend as the only other pick up company really lacks everything!
