The absolute worst. 2 weeks in a row of no trash pickup at my address, and no one can tell me why. All I get told is that they are looking into it or issuing a service ticket. Worst company I have dealt with.

you will not answer calls,, when you go to pay bill, your phone service will not link to your account,, when finally get someone they are rude,, and say phone service is fine, 6x trying to pay a bill that your phone service kicks you off everytime..
