They missed trash pick up for 16 days after Christmas week, after that they only picked up every now and then. Now it has been 16 days again since pick up on Quito Rd area in Millington. Are they going out of business?

Sporadic service at best. Phone calls are unanswered or phone is temporarily disconnected. They continue to deduct money every three months but do not offer a partial credit or refund for missed weeks of service. Filed claim with BBB and in process of looking for other residential waste disposal service.
