Trash missed every single week. 4 months of service and trash was picked up 2 times. Argued over the phone every week when I would call. Never came out for missed services. Customer service extremely unhelpful. Absolutely terrible service and will never use again.

So far service has been on time for the most part, the problem I have with this service is the website, it has been confusing. The confusion comes in trying to set up auto payments. I think I have it set up when I am talking with whoever answers the phone but the next billing cycle, same problem. Service: Trash removal & disposal
