The worst customer service I have ever encountered. Keep periodically raising their prices for garbage removal. If your two weeks behind on your bill there is no leeway, they just stop picking up. If you have another choice to pick up garbage definitely go in any other direction then giving nisswa sanitation any business. Service: Trash removal & disposal

About 2 years ago I paid my bill a year in advance using the coupon on the back of the Cub Foods receipt which said if you paid a full year you get a month free well…. They increased the bill so it ultimately did no good to prepay and they would not adjust the bill. Today I call and there customer service is just rude, snippy and poor!!
