3 weeks no trash bin. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. They were going to expedite getting our bin to us, of course that was after they failed to even assign a delivery of a bin to us on I initial set up of service. Meanwhile, another week has gone by, no bin. Maybe this will get someone’s attention.

They are a good trash company. Just make sure that when you call to pay for your service in advance that they charge you for everything. If you do not do this they will stop your service until you pay. Even when it is their mistake.

They constantly shift the goal posts and are incapable of providing service. I setup service on 1/4 and was told I would have my trash cans delivered in 3-5 days. I called back 5 days later and was told 8-10 days. I called back 10 days …More
