We are very satisfied with WM services. They do a great job of letting us know about any changes in pick up, saving trips to the curb. They have been friendly and reliable.

I have had my power line taken down 2x. The last time the truck ripped the power box off my house. This happened the week between Christmas and New Years. I was out of power 6. Yes 6 days . Every day someone was coming and nobody showed up. They have TERRIBLE Customer service….. still have not reimbursed me for my losses.

Pick-ups occur as scheduled and if there were any delays my calls and concerns were answered quickly. I receive timely notifications regarding any schedule changes caused by holidays or inclement weather. Overall a very satisfied customer with the service I receive from WM.
