Was charged a cancelation fee after being on the phone for 3 hours on hold trying to fix my payment and figure out my bill. Which was never fully explained to me, then it cost me over $100 to get my account fixed from a "cancelation fee" and added "fees" even though it was fixed the same day.

Avoid using this company. Sign you up, wont let you change. Bill incorrectly and then used a large bill they did incorrectly as a multiplier for cancelation. There are other dumpster and garbage haulers. Use them. WM is always terrible. Service: Dumpster rental
