My parents have been using the company for a few years to collect trash at their home. They are older and when I asked about picking up for them - they offered to pick up in driveway and not to worry. They have done it and are very reliable and communicate well.

I have been very happy with the service! The truck comes early in the morning and everything is always picked up neatly. I also like that they let you know as a reminder that they will pick up a day later after a holiday. They are always on schedule, which is very important. The drivers give great service! Oak Ridge has been amazing! If we forget to bring the garbage out, Oak Ridge often makes the steep trip up our driveway to collect our bins. We’ve never had an issue with pick up of larger items which is a huge relief. The service is reliable, there’s great communication and we appreciate the extra help they always provide.
