We had to wait a short time but they are helpful and pleasant. Please know that you can only recycle 100 lbs of plastic at one time. The people we had to wait for had to go to a different place to recycle the rest of their bottles.

I tried to recycle ten trash bags of shredded paper and was told that they do not take shredded paper. I find this very frustrating when you try to recycle properly and they make it so difficult.
