The lady who answers the phone is unhelpful and rude with an attitude. She acts like it’s her money and when I told her what I was told by someone I spoke with prior she called me a liar. Don’t use them at all. They never come when they are supposed to and if they take your trash can they still charge a $25 monthly fee
