B & B Refuse

Terrible service, can never get them to answer the phone. They are supposed to pick up twice weekly but rarely show on the second day. Highly unsatisfied with their service.

They failed to pick up our trash five times over the course of two months. We finally called to cancel and somehow they ended up charging us $70 to cancel service. We are now taking them to court to remedy the issue. I recommend using someone else. Both Titus Trash and Ecology Services serve the same areas.

I have used B & B for years but lately the quality of service has diminished. My trash can is left in the street. Today I watched the man empty the trash and then throw the can right in the street.
