Unreliable. truck breaks down, if bad weather, you have to wait to next weeks pick up. People answering phone are useless and beyond rude. Sadly, not more options for rural garbage pick up and they know it. Service: House & garage cleanouts

Called and asked if we were going to be givin credit for the week that they did not pick up. They told me no we will pick up all trash the following week. I paid you for a service witch you did not perform. It does not matter if it was weather or not you should give credit for a service that was not given.

Customer service seems to exacerbate them. I have had to replace wheels on rolling Trash bins multiple times after they slam them sideways. Never seem to come at same time on scheduled days. Do have to say that the price is fair and that the guys that pick up are pleasant.

Cindy is very sweet and helpful when we call in for payment. We have not had any negative issues with garbage removal. They were kind enough to work with us when we did not have a good place for them to turn their trucks around on our dirt road and made it happen anyway.
