Yard waste is not collected. We have to call everytime we put out the cart with the correct tag. Never come down our street on the supposed date. Pickup day is supposed to be Thursday, but we cannot call until Friday to say yard waste …More

Yard waste truck did NOT pick up our refuse bags filled with leaves. Now we have bags just sitting on the curb. Very disappointed. They’ve also messed up on a few other pickups with our yard waste bin in the past. Customer service is hard to reach.
