Called to verify an update status for my application I put in a week ago , A woman who answered refused for me to speak to an hiring manager then told me that they cant just let anyone talk to the managers and to wait becuase it way too early.... very unprofessional never experienced anything like that before smh....

Great company. They put my barrels back correctly and they let you get rid of 1 bulk item every week as long as you call 3 business days in advance .

Called in to ask question on large item pickup, customer service rep was very rude then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with someone else only to be hung up on again. Completely unprofessional.

Late picking up yard waste almost weekly and then when contacted the lady is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. It’s a complete disgrace. Service: Yard debris removal

The first time I called the woman I spoke to was so incredibly rude and my item was never picked up. The second time I called I had a much nicer woman but the item was still never picked up. It took me three calls to finally have the item picked up, one of which I was treated so poorly. Will not be using this company again. Service: Junk removal
