I was a residential. Cstomer for 5 years however the service steadily went downhill. They would commonly leave the trash bin half full and eventually wouldnt even collect. Always got couteous lip service from jack and or al but not much more. Waste mgt is cheaper ill probably give them a try

Actually 1 star is 1 too many!! Worst company I have ever done business with. Trucks were always broken down and trash not picked up on time if at all. Finally "trashed " them 5 weeks ago. Just got my refund today but cans are still sitting in front of my house.
