This trash service missed me and my neighbors trash. My neighbor called and was told the trash was picked up at 6:24 am. Well that was a lie, we put our trash out the night before. We were told we had to wait a week for pick up. That week came- no pick up! We will be transferring services. Poor customer service!!!! Unacceptable!!!

Live on Balboa Ct in Mesa Grande Estates in Granbury. Understand the delay due to the bad weather this past week but still no trash pick up while other trash services have picked up in our neighborhood after the thaw and roads are cleared. Have been a customer for four year????. Time to look for someone new.
