I cancelled in NOV 2022 after they skipped the pickup several times, now 8 weeks later i am still waiting that GFL picks up their trash bin, excuses and delays, i do not recommend this company, i switched to Choice - much better service

STAY AWAY! These people are the worst to do business with. Every other month the bill goes up at least 10%. They automatically renew and lock you in to a contract. Good luck with getting any assistance after you sign up. Our cart lid broke one day when they picked up our trash. It has been months trying to get a replacement with countless emails.
