Haven’t gotten our trash picked up in over 2 months. Watched a driver drive past our house, slow down, then decide to just go on past. Not to mention we are still getting charged… their NEW increased rates. This has happened before too and they are not pleasant to speak to about it on the phone.

Good at the garbage service. Horrible at the recycling. Not consistent, I’ve had them pass right by our place without even picking up the recycling. Customer service isn’t much better.
