Customer Service is a concept with this company Bought a recycling cart, told customer service I wanted the middle size(60 gallon). Sent me the small one. When I called to try and exchange, I was told I would have to buy the bigger one. Yikes unreal. Woodridge contracted these people so there is no other choice, wish there was! Cold hearted greedy folks that take advantage of people in hardship instead of helping them. No consideration whatsoever. Will look into alternatives to disposing my garbage after the end of the year, I hate giving money to folks that treat people this way.

Absolutely horrendous service. Driver would not pick up loose items unless I bundled them. However if you bundle two pieces together they would end up being too heavy to be picked up. So either way they refused to pick up the trash. In 30 …More
