THIS PEOPLE WHO ARE DRIVING THE TRUCKS ARE SO DAMN CLUMSY THEY HIT MY MAILBOX TODAY AND TOOK OFF. EVERY WEEK ON MY STREET THEIR ARE TRASH CANS LAYING ON THEIR SIDES ALL OVER THE ROADS. I GIVE THEM A ZERO IF I COULD.

There’s always trash dropped on the road. I feel like the recycling program is a joke. It’s about making money instead of helping the environment. They now have limited what they will collect to recycle so that’s more for the landfill now.

Garbage pick up is horrible 2x they have skipped our house and has to come back the next day ( not our fault theirs! We do have cameras at our house) last week they put out garbage can in the middle of our driveway directly behind our car …More

Someone needs to remind these people that solid waste is not something paid for by taxes. It is billed and paid for via water bill, making everyone they service a passing customer. Hands down the worst department of any in Johnson City. …More
