"In 1992, our founder Randall Jones opened his first sanitation/refuse company. He owned and operated that business for five years before selling it to a larger company in 1997. After selling his first business, Randall took a job working for that company as an employee. His experience working for a large company has led him to believe that they do not give customers the same level of customer service or one-on-one interaction as a smaller family-owned and operated company will. In 2007, Randy left the company to open his own business. He chose to focus only on the roll-off aspect of the business."
