Showed up late. No communication. Did half the job and was late returning. Driver said they were overbooked. The customer service line said they had one truck. Every person we talked to had a different story. Terrible customer service. We booked weeks ago and even had to verify our appointment. Terrible. Very easy company to work with! Dropped the dumpster off, we filled it ourselves (they have a full service where people come and load it for you) and then they came and picked it up 3 days later. They were very nice and it was easy to get in touch with them and to schedule an appointment. I must say that I am impressed. This was a great service. The 3 guys who came out were very friendly and professional. Easy to talk to. They worked very fast too. Filled up their whole truck which included a busted up pool table among other things, for less than $500. I will definitely use them again.
