Horrible! They don’t cancel the account and keep charging. When you call to cancel there is no confirmation email, or confirmation number. Call center reps are rude - they talk over you and when you are saying things they don’t want to listen then put you on hold.

If you call you will be placed on indefinite hold. There is no system to tell you the approximate wait time. They encourage you to leave a message so you can receive a call back. If you leave a message, no one will call you back. In reading through their reviews their responses are to send an email. Not good people to do business with.
