Penn Waste

Penn Waste waste was supposed to pick up a washing machine that I have set by their directions at the end of my driveway next to my garbage cans for three weeks now. I’m tempted to take the washing machine and drop it off at the front office. This is complete incompetence. We call, they promise to pick it up, and nothing happens.
