Called not really knowing what I needed as far as a residential dumpster. I was easily talked through the process and the dumpster was delivered right away and even though the rental was for 14 days they had no issue picking it back up a few days later. Very professional and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service is awful. I called to say that they did not pick up my trash on Wednesday and it was Friday. They asked me why I did not call sooner. I told her she was rude. Trash men are great.and very helpful.

The words on the back of their truck are appalling. Passing Side on one side; Suicide on the other. They take suicide lightly. It is not funny at all. I will never use their service.
