Crazy company with ridiculous and unbelievable service hours in the 22903 area. They come at 4:45 am to pick up trash at such ungodly hours. They find any way to take shortcuts until someone complains. Stupid black guy wakes everybody up because he has nothing to do in his worthless life. Pathetic!
