The University of Dubuque uses Republic Services for our weekly garbage removal. They also help us with our end of year clean out with roll off dumpsters for when the students move out. Republic Services are very dependable and only a call/email away to settle any issues we may have. Service: Junk removal

We have had the service for many years. If the price got out of line I called and our manager reduced the fees to keep us as a customer. They let you know on holidays/weather issues if your service is delayed. We have no problem with them. Their service is acceptable $$ wise with other carriers in the area. Almost $100 per month, then do not pick up on time. The first week they forgot to drop off our bins. This week they did not take recycling. Called to cancel today and told we will be charged $286 plus a $50 deposit. They just dropped off our bins a few days ago. Customer service was no help. We are not happy at all.
