The women up front at the scale are grouchy and rude. The shouldn’t work with people, they should be on a garbage truck not interacting with people. The guy at dump location was very nice and professional.

The woman working the booth is very rude and unhelpful. We really enjoyed hearing her scoff and say things under her breath. I get that we came on a busy day but for gods sake, you’re re dealing with one car at time. It’s not like everyone and their dog can come to the window all at once. Get over it. We are paying for a city service.

Had some questions about fees/options and decided to call them. Tina was so wonderful and informative to talk with. Richland residents get a discount, THANK YOU.
