This went very well getting through the process of selling my scrap. Just grab your number then weight and unload your scrap iron. Copper and batteries go through the back of business.

These people have no idea what customer service is. They think just because they are giving you money and not the other way around that they can treat you any ole way. I am an electrician and deal with a lot of scrap copper. I will bury my stuff in a hole before I carry it to them again.

Don’t drop off with a truck or trailer of any value. Just left there with a dent in a borrowed trailer because the crane operator swiped it with a ball of old mattress springs he was using to “clean” a path for more customers. The yard …More

They do not take responsibility for their actions at all. I’ve had my car for a month, a large piece of debris flew out and hit my windshield cracking it, and they would not take any ownership over their fault.
