I called because I had to reschedule unexpectedly. The man I spoke with was grumpy. Clearly he was not happy with my canceling. I would have liked to have rescheduled but he was not interested. Customer service is not his strong suit. Not a great way to do business.

I called late in the afternoon and they were here in less than an hour! He picked up the trash and a broken lawnmower and I think he was done In 15 minutes. Very professional. Courteous, and affordable. They earned 5 stars and I will definitely use them again. A real bargain!!
