They were courteous on the phone, able to work with our schedule for pick up, called when on way and also when they arrived. Removed the items carefully. Will use again when we clean out our garage. Amazing! We just finished some home projects and had everything from packing peanuts to old couches sitting in our garage. We have used Junk Pirates twice now!! Both times they were quick to respond to our request for a quote and got working right away to haul off yard waste and old appliances for us!
