Driver that picks up trash at chase home in portsmouth nh operates recklessly. 30 MPH road, just watched vehicle doing 42. We have digital speed signs. Next left the pick up and sped the opposite way on middle rd. Obviously has no regard for a very densely populated area and safety.

These guys have been emptying a dumpster right next to a residential building at 3 am every Thursday. There is a noise ordinance until 7am in Portsmouth. This has directly effected my children. PLEASE STOP!!!
