Horrible customer service. Currently on hold for 37 minutes, and it Monday 10/24 1:30pm. Amazing , all agents are so busy. Terrible. Wish we had choices in choosing whose service we choose to use. Why do they bother with a phone? They should just be honest and say no phone calls accepted. Services: Trash removal & disposal, Waste recycling

Your street cleaners are leaving glass and waste all over. The street looks better before your street sweepers pass by and you never answer. It is unacceptable we are paying good $$ and your employees with your street sweeping trucks are not doing their job properly. Please have them pass by twice and check their work .
