Just wanted to say how much we deeply appreciate Shawn who services our area of McKinney. He is the nicest man and our grandson (2) has to walk the whole neighborhood while waiting for "Mr. Shawn" every Thursday and jumps up and down screaming his name as soon as he sees him. Changing from five stars to one. Switching immediately. Used to be great, now they don’t pick up what they used to, show up a day late without notice. And God help you if you need to talk to Maggie Webster about any concerns. She couldn’t be anymore apathetic if she tried.

Our trash service was delayed due to weather. I did not put the bins out assuming it wouldn’t be picked up. When I heard the truck I quickly rolled the bins to the curb. The driver waited for me instead of driving past my house. The employees on the truck were polite and kind! Service: Trash removal & disposal
