WM – Alameda County Dumpster Rental

This company is a trash. There driver is lazy and messy. They want to extra charge for even if the trash can door open even if it’s 1inch. Then they call you to extend the service so they can charge a lot more. I wish if there’s no star for this trash company

WORST SERVICE I called 11 times to start a service with them. Followed with emails. 2 months after moving to Oakland we still don’t have pick up service. Talked to managers, they simply don’t know what Job and responsibility means.

I live on a curving dead end street where larger trucks have to back in and up the street to collect the bins. There is nowhere to turn them, the trucks, around safely. Your drivers do a masterful job of dealing with this challenge every week.

I had s great experience with customer service. Our bin went missing and the agent figured out what happened and they delivered a new bin the next pickup day. Friendly and polite.
