They were good for a while, but went bad after the years, will not recommend this company, overcharged you when they have to come back after they missed the pick ups, its was a nightmare working with them. very snooty customer service never again

I participated in the Chicago River Day event this morning and was happy to see how well kept the Waste Management facility is given their industry. It was great to be a part of the Waste Management family of employees helping keep the adjacent lands to the river litter free.

Really, i am glad to have Keisa as my Rep, she is a A1++++ service rep, very responsive to my needs. Inas i have many accounts, also want to have a SHOUT OUT to all my GREAT drivers, i think i work with 5 different drivers, they are all extremely professional and courteous.
