We are very thankful for the services provided by WM. They are reliable and always do a wonderful job. The site is left neatly after pickup and the drivers are very courteous. When we had a damaged waste recepticle and contacted WM and they had it replaced within a week.

The lady working the counter is rude and refuses to work or call a supervisor when asked to because she doesnt like to work. Ill never use your company again you hire garage itself for customer service.
