Poor customer service!! This company has failed to return any and all calls placed to them. I’ve left a voicemail every time I’ve called since they’re only open from 8am to 5pm. Their service is $99 quarterly, which is due up front. Totally fine. Paid for service for one quarter then received a bill for $300….shady company! BEWARE!!

They bought out rays and the transition has been terrible. They might get your trash or they might not. Who knows? If you got other options you should explore them. Service: Trash removal & disposal

WM should be ashamed of their service! Trash & Recyclables we’re to be picked up on Tuesday, but only trash was. Today recyclable trash was to be picked up, but WM canceled! In the meantime we have had bins blown over and trash flying around! Horrible residential service!

If I could give them no stars I would. This is really ridiculous and slow company. It make me regret living here at this apartment complex and have to use this service. It was Christmas week and they haven’t had been by for more then week …More
