We have had to contact WM concerning our business and also our personal garbage service. There is obviously NO COMMUNICATION between dispatch and drivers. Our issues NEVER get resolved. To make things worse, there is no local location that a customer can go to resolve issues in person. Service: Trash removal & disposal
