I waited for a month for just a trash can. When it was time for my schedule pick up days it will be two weeks every time before some one get my trash. Horrible service

Horrible customer service! I am being charger double compared to what my neighbors two houses down or being charged and when I asked about this song to the customer service I am being told that it’s none of my business. I have been a loyal customer for over seven years and I will be taking my business somewhere else

Absolute worst customer service! We were supposed to receive 2 30yd containers to finish tearing our house down from a tornado. They should have been delivered 2/10 and STILL weren’t delivered 2/13. Everyone we talked to couldn’t give us an answer as to why or an ETA. Even after holding over 45 minutes. I will NEVER use them again!

Continuously does not pick up my trash. Missed 3 weeks in a row of trash pick ups. Finally got someone to pick it up after emailing them multiple times to fix the problem. And then right back to a missed pickup. Would give negative stars if I could. Customer service is a joke as well

WM increased my rate for trash pickup over the last few years to 2.5x the original rate and they didnt inform me of the increases!?! I was paying over $60/mo for trash pickup before I called, told them the competitors rates and that I was switching before they agreed to decreased it to $25/mo. I do not recommend.
