Website shows hours Monday thru Saturday 6:30am-4pm. I get to the drop-off and closed Tuesdays and Thursdays. No one answered the intercom when I buzzed.

Their scale has an issue. I got charged $56.61 for a box spring. $56.16 at $0.16/lbs, means they think I dumped 353.8lbs... the box spring was around 50lbs.
