The service is rarely picked up on scheduled date. Often not picked up at all and pushed back an entire week. The drivers never pick up debris left behind.

They dropped my entire neighborhood after years of service. Charged me again for the next billing cycle, after all service had been concluded. Never stopped auto-pay.
