Waste Management has increased the quartely residential bill of Greensburg, PA by 30% effective January 2022. The company has not provided any transparency for the drastic rate increase and it is nearly impossible to get through to Customer Service to speak with anyone.

Overcharged me for a supposed late fee and automatically took it out of my bank account without my approval even though I had previously canceled my auto pay then when I canceled my services they took an extra week then when they told me they would come get the can. Shanks is cheaper.
