They said I qualified for a program to help me get my trash bin collected for me due to a physical condition. Followed up multiple times & still no service. They also stole my trash bin from my yard. No accountability. As long as WM & their contractors get paid, they do not care about their customers. Not in Detroit. Unacceptable energy.
